EXHIBITION IN BUDAPEST  BUDAPEST The open-air ARC Billboard Exhibition has provided a platform for civil society to participate in the creative recycling of public space and to draw attention to various social issues for ten years.
 The billboards and the one-minute films to be shown are not for those who want to be sad or bad critical or complaining. They are for people who spent their whole year whining and moaning, because they can take a breath of fresh air and relax for a wee while when they see the billboards that probably speak from the bottom of their heart. Trust us, it is therapeutic, since laughing is the best way to relieve tension. So come on, come all, make your way to the Square of the 56 Revolutionists nex to Heroes Square from September 3rd. This years display of cool, witty billboards and posters will focus on the theme of the global slowdown and the changes we have all had to go through in the past year. The organizers asked applicants to come up with solutions on how to ride the waves of change, if this possible. Bookmark us:
